The first of three boys, Dr. Kevin Alavian grew up in Vancouver, Canada. In 1993 he attended the University of British Columbia, where he earned his B.Sc. in Genetics and Cell & Molecular biology. In 1997, he attended Palmer Chiropractic College West in San Jose, California. His professional career started in Sydney, Australia. He moved to Phoenix, Arizona in May of 2001 to join a multidisciplinary medical/chiropractic/physical therapy practice. He became a proud US citizen in 2012.
Dr Alavian has practiced in his new home, Arizona, since 2001.
Dr. Alavian and his late wife Dr. Lottie Whitman, physical therapist, established Integrated Rehab of Arizona in 2004.
Together they have three children: Maksim, Gian and Parissa.
